At Almyta Systems we guarantee to provide thorough support to our customers,
pledging to answer any technical or software use emails you send us with a
response time of one business day.
We'll also be happy to answer any business questions you may have. We have a great interest in seeing your business succeed. Thus, if you are unsure about how to use Almyta Control System to further your business, just ask us. Almyta Control System Service and SupportAlmyta Technical Support is available to assist you with resolving issues resulting from the normal use of your Almyta software. Almyta Systems customers with purchased licenses can purchase support on a per incident basis or purchase a one year service contract. Support OptionsOne Year Initial Service Contract All new customers who have purchased license(s) of Almyta Control System are entitled to free e-mail and telephone emergency support and all Almyta Systems upgrades for the first twelve months from the date of purchase of the software. Standard One Year Service Contract After the first year, customers can purchase one year service contracts for Almyta Control System and other Almyta software programs.
